Tibia broken surgery
Tibia and fabula at lower leg on 12 mar ....got a surgery on 23 .....a rod or pin is .....they did not screw .....after that they asked my for 1 half month ...rest .after ther they told their is no recovery ....so they put plaster full on the leg ....asked to 1 1/2 to visit xray recovery but shows a gape still then again 1 month rest ? Time to rec

Yes you have to rest never over stress,this bone take long time to heel
Next Steps
take physio after plaster removed,still you have to wear anke - KNEE support till your physio therapist suggest depending on pain.
Health Tips
continue physio as long as you afford.it will only help you to rehabilitate.
