Dear Doctors, I'm 4 weeks pregnant now I had pcod and taken treatment for that after using 1st cycle of letrozole got conceived... My doctor suggested FBS and TSH and today I have done with this tests and got report like TSH showing 3.76 FBS is 108 So, my doctor suggested to take Thyronorm 12.5 mcg everyday at fasting . My doubt is I had given my thyroid test in December month only and it was 1.1 at that time , I don't have thyroid before. Now only in early pregnancy got this thyroid means because of pregnancy hormones or till the end of pregnancy it will continue... Thanks in advance... Kindly help me with valuable suggestions 🙏

Do you have FT3 and FT4 report?  Or did you just do TSH. If only TSH is elevated and FT3 FT4 are normal then no treatment is required at TSH value less than 4 during pregnancy. Please consult with detailed TFT report. Also what is your height and weight. PCOS puts you at high risk of developing hypertension during pregnancy.
Next Steps
TFT 75 g OGTT HEIGHT WEIGHT AND BLOOD PRESSURE VALUE.
