Thyroid,Weight gain problem
I have been having a weight gain problem and fat is stored under my thighs, belly,cheeks and chest how to reduce them fast within 1 month being a thyroid person Plz. .. My diet is also normal now I used to drink also lemon water before my night sleep but still when I used to stick to the mirror I feel horrible when I see my stubborn fats Plz send me the suggestion what to do as early
