You have hypothyroidism which still possibly not controlled as you said TSH is 14 despite taking 100mcg so you need to increase to 125mcg.
it may be needed life long as your own thyroid is not producing enough hormone and that is the reason why you have to take it as supplement it is not a disease in fact it is a deficiency
