Thyroid stimulating hormone value 10

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I am 24 now.I have got casual health check up in office for which reports said I have TSH(Thyroid stimulating hormone) value as 10 which is greater than normal range.Can you suggest me what is this about and how does this effect and whether I have to go through any treatment?
