Thyroid report explanation

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Can you please give an explanation on my recent thyroid reports (attached) as to what it says? I haven't been able to go to the general physician who suggested the tests. I have irregular periods n an atypical secretion from my right breast nipple. My doctor thinks the symptoms might be due to some thyroid problems.
