Hello Sir, Below report is my thyroid profile report. Please suggest me what needs to do for going forward. TOTAL TRIIODOTHYRONINE (T3) C.L.I.A 77 ng/dl 60-200 TOTAL THYROXINE (T4) C.L.I.A 3.6 µg/dl 4.5-12 THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE (TSH) C.L.I.A 72.21 µIU/ml 0.3-5.5 It this report is normal or any abnormal symptoms? You seem to be having a disorder called as primary hypothyrodiism... Such patients generally complain of weight gain , swelling of hands and feet , puffiness of face , neck swelling, lethargy, constipation, hair loss etc Meet your nearest endocrinologist so that he may examine you and start you on treatment which you most probably would have to take lifelong
