Thyroid profile
From last few month I have observed that I have gain weight..and I did thyroid test and the the report says my TSH level is 7.390 which is double..could you please advice me what should I do..

Your TSH 7.3 is not that high and your weight gain may be coincidental.  However you need to take precautions like start exercising, reduce oily and junk, avoid cabbage and cauliflower. Hope your cycles are regular and hair loss is not much.
