T3 is 109 , T4 is 6.2 and TSH is 5.9. This is the first time i have tested for thyroid so i dont know anything about it. Is it alarming ? Do i need to be worried ? Do i need medication ? Do i need to avoid few things ? I am 23 years old.

Hi., I can understand your concern. We can plan for medicine, if you're having any symptoms like weight gain, hairfall or tiredness. If no such symptoms, no need of medicine. Just plan for regular exercise and walking. Avoid processed and refrigerated foods.
