T3 is 109 , T4 is 6.2 and TSH is 5.9. This is the first time i have tested for thyroid so i dont know anything about it. Is it alarming ? Do i need to be worried ? Do i need medication ? Do i need to avoid few things ? I am 23 years old.

If no such symptoms, no need of medicine.
Just plan for regular exercise and walking.
