Thyroid problem
My friend is affected by thyroid... tsh nearly 10... An RMP suggests 100 mcg a day (eltroxin) ... Is it correct? In case it is wrong... May I change medicine 50 mcg a day (thyronorm) ? She wants to getting pregnancy...

Its never fixed. The dose is based on the body weight and other factors, one of them being intentions of pregnancy in the near future. Tell her to visit a diabetologist or an endocrinologist for proper guidance.
