Just want to know about thyroid. If TSH is not in control but T3 and T4 is in control that means pateint have thyroid problem or not. Just want to know more about thyroid, how can we detect it and say that person have hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism.

Its called subclinical Thyroid problem. If symptoms are present then appropriate Medications are given by seeing TSH level.
