Asked for Female, 27 Years

I got my wife tested for thyroid(TSH) twice recently . . Both times it came very high. >100. I am very concerned as I am in night shift and not getting time to consult a doctor. Could you please advise me on the medication and dosage. Attached is a screenshot of the report.

Start with Tab Eltroxin 50 Micro gram daily empty stomach and test TSH again after 6 weeks. The dose may need to be increased later.
