Hi, Attached is my latest thyroid report. As suggested by my doctor am taking 50 MG on weekdays and 75 MG on weekends. Still I have irregular periods n unwanted growth of hair

Your thyroid report is within range. Irregular periods and unwanted hair growth may be due to other causes, most common being a condition called pcos. Discuss with your doctor regarding the same.
