Dear Experts,
Could you please advise on effective ways to manage thyroid issues, high/low blood pressure, and gas problems commonly faced by women? I am particularly interested in Ayurvedic approaches and would also like to know if there are any tablets that can be used with minimal side effects.
Thank you for your guidance.

You mentioned multiple issues which require different methods.
1. High BP can be managed by lifestyle interventions - Weight Loss /Aerobic exercise / Low Sodium Salts / Strength Training / Mindfulness. Medications can be used if these things fail.
2. Low BP is managed by increasing fluid and salt intake. Can opt for electrolyte drinks and proper substitution of fluids in case of sweating.
3. Thyroid can be Hypo or Hyper. Hypo needs external hormone substitution and Hyper needs RadioIodine / Surgical methods.
4. Gas problems can be due to multiple reasons, most common approach is to use a low FODMAP diet and monitor fiber intake. Simethicone tablets can be used.
