Thyroid or maybe pituitary gland problem
My weight is 52 kg but it should be 68 kg according to bmi I have more sweating I feel my body temperature is more than normal. My body is dry specially feet and palm including inner mouth. My t4 value is 4.2 ,t3 and tsh are normal Free t4 value is normal What should i do now ?

TSH should be around 3.5. so mildly raised. Check for autoantibodies. I would need more information on your symptoms to guide you further.

I would say, do not panic. Since TSH is normal, just repeat thyroid profile after 6-8 weeks. Hydrate yourself well. Eat healthy and exercise. Monitor body temperature and record when you feel it’s high.
