Thyroid levels
TSH is 2.65 as on 15/4/2025. I am taking Thyronorm 50 mcg currently. Should I continue? I have no other symptoms. Sugar levels are fine. Please advise. Thanks.

Please continue same medicine at same dose ( Tab. Thyronorm 50 mcg daily morning empty stomach). Your thyroid status is now controlled, our target is to keep TSH=1-2.5 with medicine
Next Steps
Contunue same medicine for 6 month and repeat TSH aftet 6 month and fallow up with treating doctor

You have to reduce the dose of thyronorm and then repeat TSH after 6 weeks : to check the changes in TSH
