Thyroid level 9.08
My reports say that my thyroid level is 9.08 but my T3 and T4 levels are normal...is going to effect me adversely?

I think you meant  your TSH level is elevated,based on that it indicates you have hypothyroidism.As you said,your T3&T4 levels are normal,please do check your free T4 levels also,because more than T4 free T4 affects tissue function.
