Hello...... Please do not start with Eltroxin.... TSH of 10+ is not to worry about.... Check your free T3 n Free T4 levels. Also you have not mentioned about your symptoms..... are you having any Thyroid deficiency symptoms? Please consult some Good Homoeopath nearby who will take a detailed history and advise needful medicines accordingly...... This raised TSH is an indication that the body is trying to resolve the problem to restore the imbalance..... by starting with medicines like Eltroxin which is nothing but syntheticaly prepared T3 n T4.... we are not allowing our immune system our body to rectify itself....
