Thyroid Issue
Hi Doctor, I was facing mild thyroid issue (5.0) since last 8 months, I was facing dry skin issue since last few days so I did thyroid test again now it is 7.8. How bad it is ? Can I cure it by taking Nutrition food and meditation, exercise etc.. or I need to consider doctor as soon as possible ? Could you please provide your valuable suggestion on my condition ? Kindly refer attached screenshot of test report. Thank You.

Neglected hypothyroidism while might not seem a big issue can be detrimental and fatal. No you cannot manage it with diet amd meditation since there is a deficiency of hormone which has to be supplemented. Vitamins are supplemented with diet not hormones. You will have other ill effects like menstrual abnormalities and weight issues.
