Hi Team, I recently got my full body checkup done. The below results were not normal and now I am in doubt that how should I proceed further with respect to diet n treatment. What is your height, weight and blood pressure? You suffer most likely from metabolic syndrome and vitamin B12 and D deficiency. Vitamin deficiencies can be treated with drugs. You will require lifestyle modification in terms of dietary modification and exercise for metabolic syndrome.
