We cannot prescribe thyroxine supplements looking at your TSH values, need to take detailed history about symptoms like fatigue , hair loss cold intoleranace, BMI , neck swelling etc. You require better evaluation for management. Hypothyroidism is a disorder which requires further followup as it is chronic disorder.
