Thyroglassal Cyst
Hi Sir, I was scared because of this report and wondering it could be a cancer problem. Can anyone please review the below report and clarify my doubts. Thanks in Advance. Site of FNA: Soft swelling- paramedian anterior neck at the level of hyoid measuring 1+1cm, aspirated 1.5ml of amber colored fluid. Microscopy: Smears cyst macrophages in a proteinaceous background. No Epithelial cell seen Impression: Cytological features are suggestive of cystic lesion

Looks more like a benign lesion. Not cancerous.
