Thypoid before and after same temp fluct

What causes temp 98.2 to 99.8 from it is showing like this from april earlier normal,in April thypoid o&h1:160 fever pattern same ,taken antiboitics for 14 days then widal reduced during that esr 31,crp 6 after taking doxt-xl esr 10 ,crp 6,smear mp neg,scrub thypus neg,thyroid normal,us abd normal,chest x-rayclear,blood culture neg,in junevisited 5 md gen doctors said. That no need to worry fever is taken as 100,again in July 10 went to other place then throat pain caused ,wbc9900,plat 1.92lks,esr30,crp12.6,taken doxt-xl for 3 days then wbc 10050,esr30,crp3,plat 2.1lks appetite is good ,pls tell what is reason for this during the thypoid and after the thypoid the temp pattern is same ,will thypoid is present in gall bladder and that produce this temp fluctuations blln 98.1-99.8 earlier blood culture negative,give answer how to proceed further for this fever which tests are useful now.requesting reply from 4 mnths till now no correct information hoping for better answer
