Pain in right side thumb joint. Yesterday I was feeling some pain in joint and I tried to rotate with my other hand and I guess I have pulled it forcefully and result pain increased and swelled and not able to move thumb and finger and also if moving arm or hand feeling pain.

As per your history there might be local inflammation around the joint which is causing pain and swelling
