Thumb and fore finger in hands skin

Asked for Male, 68 Years

My Thumb and fore fingers of both hands having problem of skin becoming rough and dry gets cuts. This is there for last six months, i am staying in visakhapatnam, a very humid city in summers. Tried applying butter, Vasiline, Boroline but of no use, please advise
