Throat uncomfortable
Hello iam suffering from past 2 months starting I feel little pain in beside of thyroid gald and tightness in throat area then ent doc Said it's pharyngitis I used all antibiotics no results and he said gerd with pharngyitis I used anti acid and antibiotics course no results then another ent recommend for ultrasound neck and swab cultre test both are normal I have same issue now I feel while I talking I feel muscles moment and I feel little tightness while moving neck and some times ache pain in under jaw area and ear now doc saying that I have muscles weakness I feel very tense help me I have past tobaco history
