Few days ago iam suffering from viral fever and after that iam suffering from thraot ulcer past 3days my neck is swollen and icant eat any thing eving liquid also my ear is paining and even i cant speak properly

You seem to be suffering from post viral apthous ulcers of the oropharynx which is a very painful condition. Usually it will take three to five days to heal. You need to take symptomatic treatment like painkillers and antiseptic mouth gargle for few days
