Throat Tightness/Right side throat pain
Symptoms 1. Red throat off n on 2. Throat tight 3. Right side throat pain 4. Earache 5. Acidity 6. One white spot on right near tonsil it's like tiny like pin point 7. Hoarseness but no much 8. Ear pain comes n goes ... Sometimes in right or in left 9. Dry Larynx 10. Excessive Salvation Diagnosis done CBC 25 DAYS BACK WAS NORMAL NEUTROPHILS 56 LYMPHOCYTES 36 ESINO 3 BASO 0 TLC 6000 Feb 2023 endoscopy done for throat was normal Upper GI done 4 months ago was normal Usg done in March 23 was normal I am scared is it something serious... should I worry...plz help me sir I am totally frustrated
