  4. Throat swelling. Days. head ache also.

Throat swelled cannot take in saliva and getting fever also. Happening from past 4-5 days. Head ache also.

Hello, it could be pharyngitis or tonsillitis . It could be viral or bacterial , gargle with salt water , avoid oily food items ,outside food items . You may have to take antibiotics consult general physician.
