I had norma Cold but after that throat problem started. It is chocked due to cold. Can you suggest any first-aid for instant releaf. I have cough too.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Warm salt water gargles thrice a day. Drink plenty of.warm water. Tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 3 days. Tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 3 days. Consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
