  4. Throat problem. Or any serious issue?

Hello , i am suffering from a throat problem in right side last 2 days . Besically when I chewing food then felling tightness and movement pain in area ( i am attaching the picture which position I am facing) . Actually I am fearing this issue. It it thyroid gland issue or any serious issue?

Nothing to worry.... Just drink lukewarm water and Antacids.... Can add LCZ
