Hello, I went through your query, it is nothing but pharyngitis (may have tonsitilits) too, over all called as upper respiratory tract infection. Common causes include viral, due to weather change may be super imposed bacterial infection. For viral all you need to do is, avoid cold food or drinks, drink some hot tea, salt water(warm) gargling thrice a day, may need NSAIDS and antihistamines to control pain and allergy. For bacterial infections you need to take antibiotics too. Please consult a physician for prescription.
