Since how many days are you having these complaints? The throat needs to be examined to rule out the cause of pain. Till then you can take Tab Brufen 400 mg BD (if there is no history of allergy to this drug) along with saline gargles three times a day. You can continue Cap. Amoxicillin three times a day, but you must visit a doctor to rule out the cause of pain and diagnosis
