Since I woke up today morning I'm having a throat pain. Doing gargle with lukewarm salt water, Probably at an early stage so if any antibiotics apart from home made remedies?

You might be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of ear infection. Consult your doctor for appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can use over the counter analgesics and continue salt water gargling
