Pain in throat since 1 month now Having cough some times wet / dry cough. And one side nose is closed most of the time . Even I am having hypothyroidism (100 mcg thyronorm tablet )

Well..
Throat pain may be due to sore throat or the weather itself....i suggest you to do warm water gargling with salt...you are giving history of cough from a long time..i need to evaluate you...we need to get a chest x Ray done...ans about nose block its quite possible because of upper respiratory tract infection...thank you

Drink plenty of water,eat soft foods like cooked cereal, mashed potatoes, soft fruits, yogurt and soft-cooked eggs...give adequate rest to your body..Avoid spicy foods or acidic foods.
Gargle with warm salt water. gargling several times a day can help relieve throat pain....you will require antibiotics to clear up infection..Consult nearest ent specialist they will do the needful.
