Throat pain
I have throat pain which occurs very often and it cures automatically within 2-3 days again after few days the same thing repeats and gets cured within 3 days
But I am not suffering from cough and cold

It is likely that you may have tonsillitis. Kindly visit an ENT doctor so that you can be evaluated properly and the underlying cause of the problem can be noted and treated accordingly. These following steps may help:
- Avoid cold food and water, preferably have hot food and water
- Don't skip meals have a well balanced diet devoid of oil, spice, deep fried and junk food.
- Have food rich in vitamin C such as oranges to help build immunity.
- Drink plenty of fluids, drink 3 liters of water per day
- Do salt water gargling with lukewarm water thrice a day
If the condition is persistent or worsening Kindly visit the ENT at the earliest.
