Throat pain
I am having problem in swallowing any kind of food and even water it feels like something is swelling in throat i can feel it while drinking fluids

Your symptoms sound like a throat infection i.e. Pharyngitis. You may benefit from a short course of anyibiotics like AMOXYCLAV 625mg 2 times a day (3 times if weight >45kg). Also do warm salt water gargles. Take paracetamol 650mg when necessary for pain/fever
