Throat pain
I am from chennai. I am having throat irritation for the last 2 days and i am gargling warm salt water. I did that. Sometimes its ok and sometimes there's pain while swallowing. Sometimes the pain is on right side of throat and sometimes its on left side. I feel the pain only when swallowing. Sometimes there's no pain or irritation. No cold. No fever. Sometime i cough to clear my throat( rarely). The irritation and pain is still there. . I want to know what i should do? Should i continue with salt water gargling.
