Throat pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hi, i gad cold and now i feel like my throat has something struck inside it. When I swallow or press my throat area it pains . I try eating and while swallowing food also i feel like i swallowed a big ball of rice. I don't have any breathing trouble. Please help
