Child 6 years having fever and throat pain white spot on tonsils can I give azithromycin 200mg syrup and calpal 250syrup for fever..pls advice

As per your history suggest child has tonsillitis can go ahead  with azithral and calpol ..if fever persist kindly visit doctor
