Fever since 6 days
My baby is 8 months old and since Friday evening baby has fever like 99.6 around. From Wednesday morning we started with antibiotics amoxycillin and Alex junior. Baby has so much of cough and runny nose. Today I check the temperature it was 99.3 and I have Crocin. Then after giving Crocin within 5 minutes i check the temperature it was 98.6. Why the fever is coming again and again and how to reduce the cough and Cold. Baby is refusing solids and only taking breast milk.

Mostly it looks like a viral fever, but it is taking a bit longer to resolve, it should subside in 1 to 2 days. You have started antibiotic, complete its 5 days course. Important thing is to maintain hydration during fever. Rest your baby will be fine in a day or 2
