Throat irritation burning pain
Hii doc, me on last Friday last week after taking bath,i dryed my hair a bit late, Soo after i began experiencing throat burning, after next day I got high fever and I took dolo 650 but the fever was accomplished with headache and fatigue and throat irritation soo I took orsl and bactoclav 625 antibiotic! Now fever is stable after 3 days course of paracetamol but throat burning is not going, doing salt water gargle. Now have I to continue with the antibiotics for 3 days or 5 days and kindly suggest any suggestions for improving throat irritation

Betadine mouth gargles 10 ml in quarter glass of warm water and gargle twice daily.

You shouldn't have taken antibiotics it's a viral infection and antibiotic have no role, now as u have already started so complete the course of 5 days and do Gargles with betadine 10 ml diluted in half glass of water three times a day
