  4. Throat infection. Drink anything.

I get very frequently throat infection.. Sore throat.. It pains while swallow. Now in 2 months Al most 35days I was on antibiotics but the day I leave antibiotics course.. Very next day only throat start pains... And ears too.. I can't eat anything can't drink anything.

Hi, don't take antibiotics for a long time. It will lead to resistance. Get a throat swab culture done and then based on it take suitable antibiotic for the required duration.
