Simple and clear. Instead of visiting to specialists please consult a good homoeopathic physician. Such cases very effectively managed by homoeopathic treatment without any side effect unlike antibiotics.

Throat infection at this age is generally  bacterial infection in nature. During the years of puberty immunity is developing so one might suffer from recurrent episodes but at this age the body is expected to attain good immunity
Next Steps
I suggest you can undergo a throat swab to detect which bacteria is repeatedly infecting your throat. Specific homoeopathic medicines r available to treat resistant throat infections because repeated intake of antibiotics will make you drug resistant
Health Tips
Pl gargle your throat using betadine and eat neem leaves as they have an antiseptic effect. Consult a good homeopath who takes care that not only your repeated bouts stop but you develop immunity also
