Throat Infection
From day before yesterday there lot of pain in my throat. It's really hard for me to eat. Please suggest me how to overcome from this. Home treatment:- 1. Drink only hot water and soups. 2. Stop eating the vegetables which contains curry.

Do salt water gargles 3-4 times a day. Keep honnitus or koflet lozenges in mouth and keep sucking them...not more than 6 a day. Massage throat with warm desi ghee and take steam. Don't eat sour and cold things.  Take warm liquids and semi solid food.

Take septilin tab and yashtimadhu capsules  of Himalaya pharmacy 1 tab & 1 capsule 3 times a day. Gargle with warm water. Drink ample fluid .
