Frequent throat cleaning is often due to LPR but there could be other causes as well. If it is not getting improved with standard treatment, i would advise you to get a check up done along with endoscopy to look for other causes.

please follow Life style modification along with medicine.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
small frequent meals
Avoid fermented food, excessive tea, coffee, pepsi
