Throat and Breathing
I am having slight breathing difficulty and it's ramdomly happens  without any trigger.Its very mild and at a time I can't even feel it. I can do excercise without any trouble. Its particularly there while exhaliing,I feel exhaling through my mouth is better than nose. I feel like something is stuck there in my throat and feel like I should swallow it , something like nasal drip. I don't have fever/cough.But I have bloating after meal few times. I also have acidity since last month and already taking medicines for it and it's controlled.Please help

on basis of history you seem to have acid reflux as major culprit for all above symptoms. i would recommend you change your eating habits,have frequent small feed along with less oily and less spicey,more salads and fruits.try to have early dinner,regular walk and exercise. i guess doing this much will solve your problem!
