Throat & tongue( slightly) swelling
Hello Doctor
1 month back i got throat infection ( bacterial )
I used 10 days Amoxicillin 500mg antibiotic tabs 3 times per day
Sometimes inside my throat, es I'm feeling like its closing ...i cant able to breath & I'm feeling breathlessness..for few mins

There could be many causes for your breathlessness, so kindly give more symtoms.
It could be sleep apnea
Enlarged tonsils
DNS(deviated nasal septum)

If you have very large tonsils, the best option is to go for surgery Tonsillectomy especially if you have breathing difficulties with enlarged tonsils.
