  4. Throat & chin. From yesterday.

Throat itchiness , feel like something heavy is there , swollen tonsils , swollen lump under the chin ( no pain ). I am taking antibiotics from yesterday .

Looks like allergic pharyngitis. No role of antibiotics

Seems like allergic tonsilopharyngitis.  Lump below chin mostly seems to fat deposition but have to examine to be sure. Antibiotics will not be useful for allergic etiology.
