I think his body needs shodhana. The medicine he is taking only killing the worms but not stopping new growth. Hence his diet and lifestyle has to be changed. Along with this ayurvedic medicines definitely give good result.

Syrup vidanga aristha 3 teaspoon with 3 teaspoon of water three times a day after meals
